What can Vai do for my studio?
Vai is the intelligence layer inside Visualist. Ask it to create and update workspace items, catch you up on a project, or generate an image, then choose how it handles approvals.
Vai is the intelligence layer across Visualist. You talk to it in plain language, and it works from the context already in your workspace, so its answers stay grounded in your own projects.
Things to ask Vai
- Find something. “Show me the moodboards I made for the Mercer project.”
- Catch up on a client. “Summarize where we are with this client.”
- Create a proposal. “Create a proposal for this client from the work in this Hub.”
- Draft a message. “Write a warm follow-up about the proposal I sent last week.”
- See what matters. Let Vai surface the messages, tasks, and meetings that need you.
How Vai stays in context
Vai reads the work inside your hubs, files, and message threads so it can answer specifically. The more of a project that lives in Visualist, the more context Vai can use.
Choose how Vai handles approvals
Open Vai, select Settings, then choose an option under Approvals. Allow all actions lets Vai make workspace changes without asking each time. Do not send without approval asks you to select Approve action or Deny before a protected action continues. Visualist saves your choice for later requests.
