How do I arrange and organize a moodboard?
Drag pieces around the canvas to position them, resize them by their handles, and group related references together. Use `Tidy up` to arrange a selection in a row, column, organic layout, or cluster.
A moodboard says more when it is arranged with intent. Canvas gives you a free canvas, so you can place references the way they read best, then clean up the layout in one step.
Arrange the canvas
- Position pieces. Drag images and products around the canvas to place them where you want.
- Resize and group. Drag a piece’s handles to resize it, and select several pieces to move or group them together.
- Tidy up. Select a group of pieces and choose
Tidy up, then chooseRow,Column,Organic, orCluster. Adjust the spacing, shuffle the arrangement, or choose a hero piece where those controls are available.
Add color and context
A moodboard can include images, color swatches, and short text labels. Swatches fix a palette, while labels can name a section or explain a choice. Together, they give a client context for the references.
Reach for Tidy up when a board feels cluttered. Place the references roughly, choose Row, Column, Organic, or Cluster, and adjust from there.
