How do I save and use email drafts? Add a To recipient, subject, or body, then close the compose window, and Visualist saves the email as a draft. Find drafts in Emails or in the Hub Message Center where you created them.
How do I use the Emails page? Open Emails from the left rail to manage account-level email across your workspace. Use Inbox, Drafts, Scheduled, Sent, Archive, and Trash there, or use a Hub Message Center when a thread belongs with a specific project.
How do I message a client inside a project? Each hub has its own Message Center and a forwarding address. Compose from the hub to email a client, and forward outside email threads to the hub's address to pull them in. Everything threads next to the project work.
How do I bring an existing email into a hub? Every hub has its own forwarding address. Forward an email thread to that address, or add it as a recipient when you reply, and the conversation lands in the hub's Message Center alongside the rest of the project. How do I schedule an email to send later? While composing an email, click Schedule, pick a future date and time, then click Send. Visualist holds the email and sends it at that time. Scheduled emails wait in the Scheduled tab, where you can edit or cancel them.
How do I send a Concierge questionnaire to a client? After you save a Concierge, use Send via email to send it from a Hub Message Center or through Visualist, or use Share to copy its public link. Also in: Concierge and forms
