How do I create a Hub? Open `Home`, select `Create a hub`, enter a Hub name and any optional project details, then select `Create`. You can organize the Hub into folders and invite people after it has been created.
How do I review activity in a Hub? Open a Hub and find `Latest activity` on the overview. It shows the five newest updates; select `See all` to open the longer list and `Load more` for older activity.
How do I track action items? Open `Action items` from the main navigation to add and track tasks. Choose a Hub under `In:` before creating an item if you need to assign it to another Hub member, or leave `Everything` selected for a personal item.
How do I add files and content to a Hub? Open a Hub or folder, select `Create new`, and add a folder, image, design, palette, or Note. To add Drive content, open `Google Drive integration` and select `Link Drive files`.
How do I organize a Hub into folders? Inside a Hub, click Create new and choose Folder to group related work. Give the folder a name and an optional description. Folders can hold images, designs, palettes, and notes, and you can nest them a few levels deep to keep a project tidy.
How do I pin a Hub to the rail? When you have more hubs than fit in the rail, open the `+N` hub picker to pin or unpin them. Up to five pinned hubs show directly in the rail, the picker stays searchable for the rest, and the hub you are using stays visible even when it is not pinned.
How do I assign a comment to someone? Open a comment's controls, choose `Mark for action`, then use `Assigned to` to choose who should handle it. Select `Mark as done` when the work is complete.
How do I archive or delete a Hub? Archive a Hub to make it read-only and release its active slot. Delete a Hub to move it and its contents to the bin; restoring or unarchiving can require checkout when your included Hub allowance is full.
How do I pin a comment? A comment lives in the Comments side sheet. To place it at an exact spot on a design or file, open the comment's menu and choose Pin as comment. The pinned comment sits at that point, and you can recolor it or attach it to an image. Choose Unpin to send it back to the side sheet.
How do I restore something from the bin? Open the bin from your account settings, find the item, and choose `Restore`. General recovery is available on every plan; restoring a Hub requires a plan with Hubs and may open checkout when your active-Hub allowance is full. Also in: Account and settings
How do I connect Google Drive? Open a hub's Google Drive integration card, click Connect Google account, and approve access on Google's screen. Once connected, you can link Drive files into that hub, refresh them from the card, and disconnect any time. Also in: Files and library
How do I use Concierge with a hub? Launch a Concierge from a Hub to use that Hub's context, or choose Link to hub when you send a Concierge. You can also link or unlink an individual response session from its details. Also in: Concierge and forms
How do I bring an existing email into a hub? Every hub has its own forwarding address. Forward an email thread to that address, or add it as a recipient when you reply, and the conversation lands in the hub's Message Center alongside the rest of the project. How does hub pricing work? Core includes 1 active Hub and Growth includes 6. Each additional active Hub costs $12 per month; archiving or deleting a Hub releases its slot, and restoring one may require checkout when your allowance is full. Also in: Billing and plans
