The short version

Every hub has its own forwarding address. Forward an email thread to that address, or add it as a recipient when you reply, and the conversation lands in the hub's Message Center alongside the rest of the project. You can copy the address from the hub's Message Center.

Some client email starts in your regular inbox. Forward the relevant thread into the right Hub so the conversation stays with the project.

Find the hub’s forwarding address

Every hub has its own Forwarding address. Open the hub’s Message Center to find it, then copy the address. It is unique to that hub, so anything sent to it is added to that hub only.

Forward or copy an email to it

  1. Find the Hub’s forwarding address. Open the Hub’s Message Center, find Forwarding address, then copy it.
  2. Forward or address the email. Forward the thread to that address, or add the address as a recipient when you send or reply.
  3. Find it in the Hub. The message appears in that Hub’s Message Center.
Good to know

Once a thread is in the hub, you reply to it like any other message. See How do I send and reply to a client by email?.
