What Concierge does
Concierge runs guided conversations with your clients to gather briefs, preferences, and feedback. You set up a conversation once, send it to the client, and review the responses in Visualist.
Where to find it
Open Concierge from the left rail. Use Dashboard to create and manage Concierge conversations, and use Sessions to review client responses.
Concierge adapts the conversation as the client answers. Clients answer in their own words, and Vai keeps the exchange flowing toward the insights you need.
