How do I invite clients and collaborators to a Hub?

The short version

Open a Hub and select `Invite` to open `Your team`. Enter each client's or collaborator's email address, choose their access, and send the invitations. They join as Hub guests, which is separate from workspace membership.

Invite clients and collaborators to the Hub where the project lives. Each person joins as a Hub guest with the access you choose. Hub guest access is separate from workspace membership.

Invite a client or collaborator

  1. Open the Hub you want to share. From Hubs, open the Hub where the client or collaborator will work.
  2. Open Your team. Select Invite to open Your team for the Hub.
  3. Invite by email. Enter each person’s email address, choose Editor, Commenter, or Viewer, and send the invitation.
  4. Manage guests. Review who has access and update Hub guests from Your team.

How many people can I invite?

Hub guests are free and unlimited. They can access the Hub according to their assigned role. Inviting a Hub guest does not add that person to your workspace membership.

Good to know

An invitation goes to a specific email address. If someone signs up with a different email, ask them to use the address you invited, or send a fresh invitation to the address they used.
