How do I archive or delete a Hub?

Archive a finished Hub
Archive a Hub when the project is done but you want to keep it for reference. An archived Hub shows This page is archived., becomes read-only, and releases its active slot. To bring it back, select Unarchive now. Unarchiving can require checkout when your included Hub allowance is full; a same-cycle reinstatement can reuse the existing charge.
Delete a Hub
- Open
Settings. From the Hub, clickSettingsin the top right. - Click
Delete hub. This is at the bottom of the settings panel. - Confirm. Visualist moves the Hub and everything inside it to the bin and releases its active slot. You have a window to restore it before it is removed permanently.
How long deleted items stay in the bin depends on your plan. Restoring a Hub can require checkout when your included allowance is full. See How do I restore something from the bin?.
Archive or delete: which to use
Archive when you may want to reopen the project or refer back to it. Delete when you are sure you no longer need it. Deleting still gives you a grace period in the bin, so a mistaken delete is recoverable.
