How do I ask Vai about a client?
The short version
Open Vai, go to Chat, and ask in plain language, such as “Summarize where we are with this client.” Vai answers from that client's hub, messages, and files.
Vai can catch you up on a client without you digging through threads and files. Ask a question the way you would ask a colleague, and Vai pulls the answer from that client’s work. This article shows how.
Ask Vai about a client
- Open Vai chat. From the left rail, open
Vaiand go toChat. - Ask in plain language. Type your question the way you would say it out loud, for example “Summarize where we are with this client” or “What is the client still waiting on from me?”
- Read the answer. Vai replies using that client’s hub, messages, and files, so the summary reflects the actual project.
Good to know
Vai answers from the work you have in Visualist for that client. The more of the project that lives in the hub, messages, and files, the fuller the answer.
