What can each role do?
Visualist has three access levels. Editors can change, add, and remove content and invite others. Commenters can leave comments and invite others but cannot edit. Viewers have read-only access. You set a person's access when you invite them and can change it later.
When you invite someone to a Hub, you choose what they can do with it. Visualist has three access levels, from full control to read-only.
Access levels
- Editor. Can change, add, and remove content, and can invite other people. This is the level for the people actively building the project with you.
- Commenter. Can leave comments and invite others, but cannot edit or delete content. This suits a reviewer who gives feedback without changing the work.
- Viewer. Has read-only access. They can see the content but cannot comment or edit.
Setting and changing access
You set a person’s access when you invite them. To change it later, open the Hub, select Invite to open Your team, find the person, and pick a different level. You can only grant access up to your own level, so an Editor cannot make someone an owner.

Roles for context
Separately from access levels, you can label what a person does on a project, for example Lead, Collaborator, or Client. These labels describe their part in the work. They are notes for your team and do not change what the person can see or edit.
