How do credits work? Credits power Vai actions like the Magic tools, drafting emails, creating designs, Concierge, and chat. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets every cycle, and you can see what you have used under Vai, Usage. Also in: Working with Vai
How do I cancel my subscription? Open `Account`, go to `Billing` → `Plans & credits`, and select `Cancel plan`. Your paid features stay active until the end of the current period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
How do I change my plan? Open `Account`, go to `Billing` → `Plans & credits`, and select `Compare plans`. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
How does hub pricing work? Core includes 1 active Hub and Growth includes 6. Each additional active Hub costs $12 per month; archiving or deleting a Hub releases its slot, and restoring one may require checkout when your allowance is full. Also in: Hubs and projects
What happens if my payment fails? If a payment fails, Visualist downgrades your account to Free and paid features become unavailable. Your content is preserved subject to the Free plan's limits; resolve the payment from `Account` → `Billing`.
How do I top up credits? If you run low mid-cycle, open Account settings, go to Billing, and buy a top-up pack. A top-up adds credits without changing your plan.
What is included in each plan? Visualist has four plans: Free, Starter, Core, and Growth. Allowances include monthly credits, active Hubs, and Bin retention from 7 days on Free to 1 year on Growth.
How do I download an invoice? Open Account settings, go to Billing, and open the billing portal. There you can view and download your invoices and receipts, and update your payment method.
How do I use Power-ups? Open `Power-ups` from the left rail and choose a pack. Completing an eligible action adds its bonus AI credits. Return to the pack and select the completed poster piece to uncover it. Also in: Getting started, Working with Vai
