The short version

If you run low mid-cycle, open Account settings, go to Billing, and buy a top-up pack. A top-up adds credits without changing your plan.

A top-up pack adds credits to your current plan until the billing cycle resets.

Top up credits

  1. Open Billing. Open Account settings and go to Billing.
  2. Buy a top-up pack. Choose a top-up pack and confirm. The credits are added to your account, and your plan stays the same.
Good to know

A top-up is a one-time addition to your monthly allowance. Top-up credits expire at the end of the current billing cycle, so use them before your cycle resets.
