What is Visualist and what can it do? Visualist is an AI workspace for boutique creative studios. It brings your files, moodboards, lookbooks, documents, client messages, and meetings into one place, with Vai, the intelligence layer that helps across all of it. How do I set up my studio? On Core or Growth, add your logo and brand colors under Account, Brand, then add your business name and workflow preferences under Vai, About Me. Visualist uses your brand details in product documents and templates.
How do I search across Visualist? Open global search with `Cmd+K` on macOS or `Ctrl+K` elsewhere. Search by text, image, or color, combine conditions, and use the keyboard to move through and open results. Also in: Files and library
How do I use Power-ups? Open `Power-ups` from the left rail and choose a pack. Completing an eligible action adds its bonus AI credits. Return to the pack and select the completed poster piece to uncover it. Also in: Working with Vai, Billing and plans
How do I invite clients and collaborators to a Hub? Open a Hub and select `Invite` to open `Your team`. Enter each client's or collaborator's email address, choose their access, and send the invitations. They join as Hub guests, which is separate from workspace membership.
