How do I control who can see a Hub? Invite a client or collaborator to a Hub as an `Editor`, `Commenter`, or `Viewer`, or use `Share to web` for one public item. A Hub guest's role controls their Hub access; a public item link does not expose the rest of the Hub.
How do I remove a member from a Hub? Open the Hub, select `Invite` to open `Your team`, find the person, and select `Remove`. Their access to the Hub and its contents ends immediately; the confirmation offers `Undo`.
How do I invite someone to a Hub? Open the Hub and select `Invite` to open `Your team`. Enter the person's email address, choose `Editor`, `Commenter`, or `Viewer`, and send the invitation. They join as a Hub guest, which is separate from workspace membership.
What can each role do? Visualist has three access levels. Editors can change, add, and remove content and invite others. Commenters can leave comments and invite others but cannot edit. Viewers have read-only access. You set a person's access when you invite them and can change it later.
What can clients see in Visualist? Clients can join a Hub as `Viewer`, `Commenter`, or `Editor` guests, or open a public `Share to web` link without an account. Guest access follows the assigned Hub role; a public link exposes only the shared item.
How do I share a moodboard with a client? Open the moodboard in Canvas, open its tab menu, and switch on `Share to web`. Copy the public link from the confirmation or banner and send it to your client. They can open and comment without a Visualist account. Also in: Moodboards
How do I comment on a design in Canvas? Open a design in Canvas, select `Comments`, then place and post your comment. The browser URL follows the open panel, thread, and reply, so someone with access can reopen the same feedback. Also in: Canvas
How do I share a design with a client? Open the design in Canvas, open its tab menu, and switch on Share to web. Copy the public link from the banner and send it to your client. They can open the view-only design without a Visualist account. Also in: Canvas
How do I comment on and collaborate on a moodboard? Open the `Comments` panel in Canvas and leave a note on an image or anywhere on the canvas. For client feedback, turn on `Share to web`; the public share allows comments without a separate comments toggle. Also in: Moodboards
