The short version

Open `Home`, select `Create a hub`, enter a Hub name and any optional project details, then select `Create`. You can organize the Hub into folders and invite people after it has been created.

A Hub is where a single project lives. Everything for that client or job, the files, folders, messages, meetings, and action items, stays in one place instead of scattered across tools.

Create a Hub

  1. Open Home. Start from the Home page in the left rail.
  2. Select Create a hub. Open the Hub creation form.
  3. Enter the Hub details. Add a Hub name. You can also add an optional Description, Start date, End date, and Project location.
  4. Create the Hub. Select Create.

Organize the Hub

After the Hub has been created, open its Folders tab to group work into folders such as References, Drafts, and Final. See How do I organize a Hub into folders? for the full workflow.

Bring people in

Select Invite in the Hub header to add teammates or collaborators. What each person can see and do depends on their role and permissions, including their available folder actions. See How do I invite a team member? for the full workflow.

If this becomes a Hub you open often, see How do I pin a Hub to the rail? so it stays one click away.

Good to know

Hubs are part of the Core and Growth plans. Your plan includes a number of Hubs, and you can add more. See How do I change my plan? for what each plan includes.
