The short version

Your library groups everything you save into View all, Images, Designs, and Palettes. Switch tabs to focus on one kind of file, sort by date or name, and use designs to keep related images together.

Your library keeps everything you collect in one place and groups it by type, so you can find the right thing without scrolling past everything else.

How the library is grouped

Your library splits your files into tabs:

  • View all shows everything together.
  • Images holds the individual images you upload or clip from the web.
  • Designs holds your sets, where several images are combined into one piece of work.
  • Palettes holds your saved color palettes.

Organize your library

  1. Open your library. Go to your library to see everything you have saved.
  2. Switch tabs. Use View all, Images, Designs, or Palettes to focus on one kind of file.
  3. Sort your files. Use Sort by to choose Date updated, Date created, or Name, then set the sort direction.

Sort your files

Use Sort by to reorder the current view. You can sort by Date updated, Date created, or Name, and use the sort order toggle to flip between ascending and descending.

A design (also called a set) lets you pull several images into a single piece of work on the canvas. Use designs to group everything for one concept, room, or look, so the pieces travel together instead of sitting loose among your images. To start one, open Canvas and build a moodboard or lookbook.

Tip

Use a Hub for work that belongs to one client or project. Keep the Library as the place where you can find and reuse files across all of your work.
