The short version

After you save a Concierge, use Send via email to send it from a Hub Message Center or through Visualist, or use Share to copy its public link.

Once a Concierge is saved, it is active and ready to share. You can send it by email or give the client a public link. Either way, the client opens an interactive conversation in their browser, with no Visualist account needed.

Send a Concierge

When you finish creating a Concierge, the Concierge is live screen appears with Send via email and Share. You can also find these options later in the Concierge.

  1. Click Send via email. The Send this Concierge by email step opens.
  2. Choose the email route. Pick Link to hub to connect the Concierge to a project and save responses there. Pick Don’t link to hub to send it directly through Visualist.
  3. Send from a Hub Message Center. For Link to hub, choose the Hub and click Next. If an active email account is connected, Visualist opens a prefilled email in that Hub’s Message Center for you to review and send. Otherwise, Connect your email to send Concierge links opens first. Connect your email, then review and send the prefilled message.
  4. Send through Visualist. For Don’t link to hub, click Next, add the Recipient’s name, Recipient email, and an Optional note, then click Send Concierge.
  1. Open Share. Click Share from the Concierge is live screen or the saved Concierge.
  2. Copy the public link. In the Public link section, click Copy link. Paste the link into a text message or your own email.
Good to know

A Concierge must be active to send. If you choose Link to hub, responses are saved with that Hub, and you send the prefilled email from its Message Center. See How do I connect my email inbox to Visualist?.

After the client answers, see How do I view a client’s Concierge responses?.
