The short version

Open Emails from the left rail to manage account-level email across your workspace. Use Inbox, Drafts, Scheduled, Sent, Archive, and Trash there, or use a Hub Message Center when a thread belongs with a specific project.

Emails is the account-level workspace inbox. It brings threads and sending tools into one place, while Hub Message Centers stay available for project-scoped conversations.

Use the Emails page

  1. Open Emails. From the left rail, click Emails.
  2. Choose a tab. Use Inbox, Drafts, Scheduled, Sent, Archive, and Trash to move through your account-level email.
  3. Compose or reply. Click Compose to start a message, or open a thread to Reply, Reply all, or Forward.
  4. Use a Hub when needed. If the conversation belongs with a specific project, open that Hub’s Message Center instead.

Emails and Hub Message Centers

Emails is consolidated across connected email accounts. A message you send from Emails stays at the account level unless you add it to a project another way.

A Hub Message Center is for project-scoped communication. Use it to keep the thread with the Hub’s files, notes, Concierge responses, and other client work.

Good to know

Connected email accounts belong to your Visualist account. You can use a connected account from Emails and from Hub Message Centers when the conversation needs project context.
