The short version

Launch a Concierge from a Hub to use that Hub's context, or choose Link to hub when you send a Concierge. You can also link or unlink an individual response session from its details.

Concierge collects briefs, preferences, and details from a client through a guided questionnaire. A Hub can provide context when you launch the Concierge, and response sessions can be linked to the relevant project.

Create a Concierge from a hub

Launching from a Hub gives the Concierge that project’s context from the start.

  1. Open the hub. Open the hub for the project you want the Concierge tied to.
  2. Launch a Concierge from the Hub. Choose Launch a Concierge, select a questionnaire, then choose Use this Concierge. For building one, see How do I create a Concierge questionnaire?.
  3. Send it to your client. Send it as usual. Their answers flow back into the hub. See How do I send a Concierge questionnaire to a client?.

When you send a Concierge by email, choose Link to hub and select the Hub. The send flow uses that Hub’s Message Center. Choose Don’t link to hub when the Concierge should stay separate.

Open a Concierge response session and choose Link to hub to place that response with a project. Choose Unlink from hub from the same session details to remove the connection.

Good to know

Linking a Concierge during sending and linking an individual response session are separate actions. The first sets the context for the send; the second places one client’s response with a project.

To read what a client sent back, see How do I view a client’s Concierge responses?.
