How do I draft a follow-up with Vai? Ask Vai to draft a message from the client's workspace context, then review and edit it. Drafting is available on every plan; sending from Messages requires Core or Growth. Also in: Messages and emails
What is Vai Pulse? Vai Pulse is a set of short diagnostics you can take any time so Vai refines your insights, automations, and tone. You find it under Vai, Pulse.
What can Vai see and read? Vai can use the Hub or message context for the work you ask about. During setup, you can also let it analyze your website, public web results, a Gmail sample and supported attachments, or uploaded work samples.
How do I teach Vai about me? Open `Vai`, select `About Me`, and review the details you added with patterns Vai learned from your Visualist activity. Use `Sharpen it` or edit the profile to fill gaps.
How do credits work? Credits power Vai actions like the Magic tools, drafting emails, creating designs, Concierge, and chat. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets every cycle, and you can see what you have used under Vai, Usage. Also in: Billing and plans
How do I find my way around Visualist? On desktop, the left rail opens `Home`, pinned hubs, `Vai`, `Power-ups`, `Account settings`, and `Help`. On mobile, `Power-ups` is in the drawer. Also in: Getting started
How do I generate an image with AI? Open Canvas and choose Generate with Vai, then describe the image you want. Visualist creates a new image, saves it as a visible Library item, and identifies it there as AI-generated. Also in: Canvas
