How do I export a note to PDF?
The short version
Open the menu on a note and choose Download to save it as a PDF. The PDF follows your page setup, so the size, orientation, and margins you chose in the note carry through to the file.
When you need to send a note outside Visualist, export it to PDF. The file keeps your formatting and page setup, so it looks the way it does on screen.
Export to PDF
- Open the note’s menu. From the Notes list, open the menu on the note you want, or open the menu inside the note itself.
- Click
Download. Visualist creates a PDF and downloads it, using the note’s title as the file name.
