Why is the Visualist extension not working?
If the extension stops saving, click the icon and choose `Log in to Visualist`, pin the extension so its icon stays in the toolbar, then reload the page and try again.
Start by checking that you are logged in. Then pin the extension and reload the page before trying to save again.
Check you are logged in
The most common cause is being logged out. Click the extension icon, then choose Log in to Visualist and sign in. Once you are logged in, try saving again.
Pin the extension
If the icon has vanished from your toolbar, open the browser’s extensions menu and pin Visualist. Its icon will stay in the toolbar where you can reach it.
Reload the page
The extension reads the page you are on. If you logged in or pinned the extension while a page was already open, reload that page so the extension picks up its current state, then try again.
Reload the page after you log in or pin the extension so it can read the current page.
