How do I search my library? Use the search bar to search by keyword, color, or image. How do I connect Google Drive? Open a hub's Google Drive integration card, click Connect Google account, and approve access on Google's screen. Once connected, you can link Drive files into that hub, refresh them from the card, and disconnect any time. Also in: Hubs and projects
How do I delete and restore files? Open a file, choose Move to bin, and confirm. The file goes to the bin instead of disappearing, and you have a window to restore it that depends on your plan. You can also archive a file to set it aside without deleting it.
How do I organize my library? Your library groups everything you save into View all, Images, Designs, and Palettes. Switch tabs to focus on one kind of file, sort by date or name, and use designs to keep related images together.
What file types can I upload to Visualist? Visualist accepts common image formats including JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF, AVIF, and SVG, and converts them to a web-friendly format automatically. Each image can be up to 15 MB. Uploads are scanned for viruses before they reach your library.
How do I remove the background from an image? Open the image in Canvas, select it, then choose Remove background. Visualist isolates the subject and strips out everything behind it, leaving a clean cutout on a new image you can drop onto any design. Your original stays untouched. Also in: Canvas
How do I create a color palette from an image? Open an image, expand Color themes, then open a theme's actions and choose Save as palette. Visualist saves those colors as a separate palette file that you can rename, edit, and reuse in Canvas. Also in: Color palettes
How do I search across Visualist? Open global search with `Cmd+K` on macOS or `Ctrl+K` elsewhere. Search by text, image, or color, combine conditions, and use the keyboard to move through and open results. Also in: Getting started
How do I create a palette file? A palette is its own saved file in your library's Palettes tab that you build once and reuse across designs. Create one two ways: extract it from an image, or build it by hand with the color picker. Name it and save it, and it is ready to drop into moodboards, lookbooks, and documents. How do I search my library by color? Switch the search bar to color search, then enter a hex code or pick from the swatches.
