How do I reuse a Concierge questionnaire?
The short version
Reuse a Concierge in two ways: start a new one from one of the built-in templates for common workflow stages, or duplicate an existing Concierge to copy its stage, purpose, and questions into a fresh one you can edit.
Start from a built-in template or duplicate a Concierge you have already made. This article covers both ways to reuse the setup.
Start from a template
- Open the template chooser. Click
Create new Concierge. TheChoose a templatestep lists templates for common stages, alongsideStart from scratch. - Pick a template. Choose one that matches the moment, such as a getting-started intake, an onboarding welcome, a style check, a project check-in, a feedback round, a wrap-up, or a reconnect.
- Edit it. The template fills in the stage, purpose, and suggested must-ask and must-avoid topics. Change anything you want, then save.
Duplicate an existing Concierge
If you have already tuned a Concierge you like, copy it instead of rebuilding it.
- Open the menu. On the Concierge you want to copy, open its menu.
- Choose Duplicate. Visualist creates a new Concierge named after the original with
(copy)added, carrying over the stage, purpose, notes, and questions. - Adjust the copy. Open the copy, change whatever you need, and save it as its own Concierge.
Good to know
A duplicate is a standalone Concierge with its own responses. Editing or sending it leaves the original unchanged. Templates are built-in starting points that you customize per project. To build one from a blank screen, see How do I create a Concierge questionnaire?.
