How do I change my plan?
Open `Account`, go to `Billing` → `Plans & credits`, and select `Compare plans`. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
You can move between plans whenever your studio needs change. Visualist has four plans: Free, Starter, Core, and Growth.

An upgrade takes effect immediately and unlocks its features. You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle, so you only pay for the time you use the higher plan. A downgrade applies from your next billing date, so you keep what you are paying for until then.
Credits and Hubs
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance for Vai, and Core and Growth include Hubs. When you change plan, your allowance updates to match. To see what each plan includes, see What is included in each plan?, and for how the allowance is spent, see How do credits work?.
Top up credits from the same Billing section when you run low partway through a month. The top-up adds credits to your current plan for the rest of the billing cycle.
