The short version

While composing an email, click Schedule, pick a future date and time, then click Send. Visualist holds the email and sends it at that time. Scheduled emails wait in the Scheduled tab, where you can edit or cancel them.

Scheduling lets you write an email now and have Visualist send it at a time you choose, which is useful for landing in a client’s inbox during their working hours. Scheduled sends work from Emails and from hub Message Centers.

Schedule a send

  1. Compose your email. Click Compose and write the email with recipients, a subject, and a body.
  2. Open the schedule picker. Click Schedule. Pick a date on the calendar and set a time. The time must be in the future.
  3. Confirm the time. Click Select. The button changes to show when the email will go out, for example Scheduled Jun 18, 2026 at 2:30 PM.
  4. Schedule the send. Click Send. Visualist confirms with Email scheduled successfully, and the email moves to the Scheduled tab.

Edit or cancel a scheduled email

Scheduled emails wait in the Scheduled tab until their send time. Open the tab in Emails for account-level scheduled sends, or in the hub Message Center for project-scoped scheduled sends. Open one to change the recipients, subject, body, or send time, or to cancel it before it goes out. A canceled email stops sending and does not reach the recipient.

Good to know

A scheduled email stays in the Scheduled tab until Visualist sends it. It then moves to Sent in the place where you scheduled it: account-level from Emails, or project-scoped from a hub Message Center.
