Select an image in Canvas and choose Upscaler. Focus mode opens and the upscale starts automatically, creating a new higher-resolution image.

Upscaler increases an image’s resolution and sharpness so it holds up at a larger size, for print or big presentations. It is one of the Magic tools inside the Canvas editor.

Upscale an image

  1. Open the image in Canvas. Open the design or image you want to upscale in Canvas.
  2. Select the image. Click the image on the canvas so its tools appear in the toolbar.
  3. Choose Upscaler. Pick Upscaler from the toolbar. Focus mode opens and the upscale starts automatically.

Upscaler creates a new image, so your original stays untouched in your library. The tool is powered by AI and uses credits, which are included with every plan. Results can vary, so you can run it again.
