How do I set up my studio?

The short version

On Core or Growth, add your logo and brand colors under Account, Brand, then add your business name and workflow preferences under Vai, About Me. Visualist uses your brand details in product documents and templates.

Visualist can use your brand details in product documents and templates, while your About Me details give Vai context about your business and how you work.

Set up your studio

  1. Open Brand. Click your avatar, open Account, then select Brand.
  2. Add your brand details. Under Brand & tone, add your Logo and Brand colors.
  3. Open About Me. Open Vai, then select About Me.
  4. Add your business and workflow details. Add your Business name and the information Vai should use to understand your work and preferences.

What this changes

Visualist can use your logo and brand colors in product documents and templates. Your About Me details give Vai context about your business and how you work. You can update these details later.

Good to know

Brand and About Me settings are available on Core and Growth plans.
