The short version

Open a Hub or folder, select `Create new`, and add a folder, image, design, palette, or Note. To add Drive content, open `Google Drive integration` and select `Link Drive files`.

Everything for a project lives in its Hub: images, designs, color palettes, and notes. You add content from inside the Hub or from any folder within it.

Add content

  1. Open the Hub or folder. Go to the Hub, or open the folder inside it where the content should live.
  2. Click Create new. Choose Folder where nesting permits, Image, Design, Palette, or Note.
  3. Add the content. Upload your image, or create the design, palette, or note in place. It is saved into the current Hub or folder.

Open the Google Drive integration card and select Link Drive files, then choose the files you want. Everyone in the Hub can open them from one place. Use Refresh all linked files to pull in the latest versions.

Good to know

Your plan includes a file allowance, and notes count toward it. If you hit the limit, Visualist tells you when you try to add more. See How do I change my plan? for what each plan includes.

Keep it organized

As a Hub fills up, group related items into folders so you can find them. See How do I organize a Hub into folders?.
