What are palette files?

Palette files in Visualist are your secret weapon for consistent design. These color palettes are automatically extracted from your images, allowing you to easily access and use them in your files or design studio. This means less time spent on picking colors and more time creating stunning, on-brand visuals.

By using palette files, you ensure your designs maintain a unified look, making your creative process not only easier but also more efficient and cohesive.

How to save palettes

You can do it in 5 simple steps.

  1. Select an Image or design: Click on the image or design you want to work with. You'll find the automatically extracted color themes on the right side of your screen.
  2. Review the Colors: Browse through the color palettes that have been pulled from your image.
  3. Save Your Palette: If you find a palette you like, simply click on the "Save Palette" button.
  4. Find Your Saved Palettes: Your saved palette will be under the "Palettes" section in your files.
  5. Use Palettes in the Studio: Go to the studio page, click on the files button (magnifying glass), and all your files, including saved palettes, will appear on the left side of your screen.
