Bring Vai into your client workflow
Launching a Concierge from a hub lets you run intelligent, project-specific conversations directly inside that hub. When you launch, Visualist informs this Concierge with the hub’s visuals, notes, feedback, and other activity, so Vai can tailor tone and questions to that project automatically.
What you can do
- Launch a Concierge directly from a project hub.
- Choose from an existing Concierge or create a new one.
- Generate a hub-specific link for that instance.
- Keep all Concierge sessions, messages, and replies inside the hub.
Why it matters
- For personal stylists: capture preferences or feedback specific to a client's wardrobe or brief.
- For interior designers: use project visuals to refine design direction mid-process.
- For wedding & event planners: tailor questions to each couple or event theme.
How to launch
- Open a hub and locate the Concierge card.
- Click Start a Concierge.
- Choose an existing Concierge or create a new one.
- Activate it to generate your unique link.
Common questions
- Can I edit the Concierge after launching? Yes, but edits update the original version. Duplicate first if you want changes specific to this hub.
- What happens if I delete the Concierge later? Since the Concierge is deleted, the hub link will also become inactive, but existing responses stay saved.
- How do I send it to a client? Use Send via email in the hub (Message Center) or Copy link from the Concierge card.
