You can send hub-linked Concierges directly from your connected email via the Message Center. This ensures every exchange stays organized within the correct project hub, and clients see it as coming from your address.
What you can do
- Send a Concierge from your connected email inside a hub.
- Keep replies and Concierge responses automatically threaded in the Message Center.
- Include a personalized message before sending.

How to send
- From your hub’s Concierge card, click the button to Send via email.
- Choose the recipient (pick from hub contacts or add a new one).
- Add an optional personal note.
- Click Send.
What your client sees
- The email comes from your address, with your name and the Concierge title.
- The message includes a secure, hub-specific link to start the conversation.
- Replies appear automatically in the hub’s Message Center.

About Concierge links with hub context
When you launch a Concierge from within a Hub, Visualist creates a unique link that informs Vai of project context, such as visuals, notes, or previous feedback, so Vai can tailor questions and tone specifically to that project.

Important note
As the Message Center is tied to each hub, you can only share a Concierge from your linked email if this Concierge is launched from a hub.
If you’d like to share a Concierge outside of a hub (for example, a general intake or reconnect), you can share it directly via Visualist or by copying the link. For Concierges not linked to hubs, see Sharing a Concierge from the dashboard for other ways to share Concierges outside of a hub.
Common questions
- Do I need to connect my email every time? No. Once connected, it stays linked for all future sends.
- Can I preview the email before sending? Yes, you’ll see subject, body, and Concierge link in the preview.
- Can I send multiple Concierges from one hub? Yes, each Concierge instance has its own link and thread.
