Send general Concierges for onboarding or feedback
Use your Concierge dashboard to share general (non-hub) Concierges—perfect for client onboarding, discovery calls, or reactivation campaigns. You can email them directly via Visualist or copy a shareable link to send through your own channels (chat, DM, link in bio).
What you can do
- Send a Concierge via Visualist. Enter recipient name and email, and Visualist will send the email on your behalf. The email will show as being sent from Visualist. Need to send from your own email address instead? See Sending a Concierge from your linked email (Message Center).
- Copy link to share manually in proposals, emails, or chats.
- Track sessions and responses from your dashboard.
- Reuse Concierges across multiple clients or projects.
Why it matters
- For personal stylists: share pre-project Q&As to understand clients’ goals before booking.
- For interior designers: collect style preferences or re-engagement interest before a new brief.
- For wedding & event planners: run pre-planning questionnaires without opening a new hub.
How to share
- Go to your Concierge dashboard.
- Select an active Concierge.
- Click Send via Visualist to email it (fill in recipient details).
- Or click Copy link to share it manually.
Common questions
- Can I send multiple times? Yes, you can reuse any Concierge as often as you like.
- Does it link to a project? No, general Concierges aren’t tied to a hub unless launched from one.
- Can I track responses? Yes, all sessions appear under the Concierge dashboard.
