Stay on top of every client exchange
Each Concierge response is logged as a session—a complete record of one client’s conversation with Vai. You can view, organize, and connect these sessions directly from your Concierge dashboard or hub.
What you can do
- View the full transcript and Vai’s summary.
- See timestamps and completion status (complete or incomplete).
- Link a session to a hub or create a new hub from it.
- Get Vai to help with next steps, such as drafting a follow-up message, proposal outline, or task list.
- Filter sessions by Concierge, status, or date.
Why this matters
- For personal stylists: quickly turn client discoveries into follow-up recommendations or lookbook prep.
- For interior designers: move seamlessly from intake conversations to actionable design or feedback steps.
- For wedding & event planners: follow up automatically with tailored checklists or summaries after client calls.
How it works
- Go to your Concierge → Responses tab.
- View sessions in list format (name, email, timestamp, status).
- Click a session to open the full transcript and summary.
- Use Link to hub to associate it with a project.
- Click Ask Vai → Suggest next steps to generate draft responses or follow-ups directly from the session.
Common questions
- What if a client stops midway? The session is marked incomplete—Vai still saves all answers.
- Can I delete a session? Yes, but note that this will be permanently deleted from your records.
- Will reusing a Concierge overwrite previous sessions? No—each response is saved as a unique session.
- Can I link a session to a hub later? Yes. Ppen any session and click Link to hub. See Linking Concierge sessions to hubs for details.
- What kind of “next steps” can Vai generate? Vai can suggest a personalized email reply, summarize feedback into action points, or draft a short proposal or checklist—all based on the client’s responses and tone.
