When a Concierge session reveals a promising lead or a clear brief, you can link it directly to a hub. This transforms the conversation into a structured project space — keeping visuals, notes, and follow-ups together.
What linking does
- Associates the session (and all its responses) with a specific hub.
- Moves the client’s name, email, and preferences into the hub context automatically.
- Allows Vai to reference those insights in future hub interactions.
- Keeps the original Concierge record intact under “Responses.”

- For personal stylists: convert intake sessions into client lookbook hubs instantly.
- For interior designers: carry over discovery conversations into new design projects.
- For wedding & event planners: move Q&A results into an active event planning workspace.
How to link a session
- Open Concierge → Responses.
- Select the session you’d like to link.
- Click Link to hub.
- Choose an existing hub or create a new one.
- Confirm to sync client data and summary.
Common questions
- Can I unlink a session later? Yes, if you've made a mistake or the hub context has evolved, you can remove it whenever you want.
- Does linking move the Concierge? No. It only connects the session’s data to the hub; the Concierge stays in your dashboard.
- What if I link multiple sessions to the same hub? The more info, the better. All insights appear under that hub’s activity and are accessible to Vai for context.
