Understand the inactive state
An inactive Concierge has its link deactivated. Clients can’t start new sessions from that link, and the Concierge doesn’t take up a monthly slot while inactive.
How a Concierge becomes inactive
- Manually toggled off (you turned it off)
- Archived (archiving also deactivates the link)
Note: Deleting a Concierge also invalidates a link.
What you can still do while inactive
- View past sessions and transcripts
- Reactivate anytime (link becomes live again and will consume a slot)
- Replace or launch a different Concierge where needed
When to deactivate a Concierge
- Personal stylists: pause seasonal or campaign flows
- Interior designers: temporarily turn off intake flows between projects to free slots
- Wedding & event planners: pause new submissions when revamping your service offerings
Common questions
- Do inactive Concierges take up a slot? No. Only active Concierges use up your monthly slots.
- Will old links work after inactivation? No. Clients see a polite “Concierge unavailable” message.
- Can I reactivate later? Yes. Toggle on to make the link live again (slot usage applies).
