- Go to Concierge from the main sidebar.
- Click Create Concierge, choose a stage and set a purpose. Add any notes you have, and tell Vai what it must ask or avoid.

- Can I customize the tone? Concierge is designed to sound like a warm, attentive assistant — polite, professional, and never robotic. You don’t need to set a tone manually: Vai learns from your professional profile and project context to match your communication style. It adapts phrasing based on the Concierge’s stage (for example, friendly and exploratory for onboarding, or structured and reflective for wrap-up).
- Do clients need a Visualist account? No. They can reply directly through the shared Concierge link.
