About this feature
Once a meeting is complete, Vai’s notes appear as a transcript and summary in Visualist. These are searchable and organized for quick access.
What you can do
- Open transcripts and summaries from the Meetings page.
- Access the same content from your Library or hub.
- Download or share notes as needed.
Why it helps
- Personal stylists: Instantly recall what was discussed with a client.
- Interior designers: Reference project feedback from previous calls.
- Wedding & event planners: Review decisions made in vendor or client discussions.
How it works
- When a meeting status is Complete, click View Note.
- Review the transcript and AI summary.
- Use the search bar to locate specific past meetings.
