About this feature
After each meeting, Vai creates a Note that includes the transcript, summary, and audio file. Notes are stored in your Library or assigned hub and can be linked to ongoing projects.
What you can do
- Access transcripts and summaries after meetings.
- Link notes to specific hubs or keep them in your Library.
- Review key takeaways and follow-up actions.
- Search across all notes for topics or clients.
Why it’s useful
- Personal stylists: Revisit client styling sessions or wardrobe discussions.
- Interior designers: Refer back to design decisions or feedback threads.
- Wedding & event planners: Quickly find meeting notes related to vendors or timelines.
How it works
- Open the Meetings page.
- When the status shows Complete, click View Note.
- Access the transcript, summary, and action suggestions.
