About this feature
Each meeting can be linked to a hub, helping you keep client calls organized alongside their project materials.
What you can do
- Link or relink meetings to specific hubs at any time (before or after the meeting).
- Store notes automatically in the Notetaker folder inside that hub.
- Access linked meetings directly from the hub view.
Why it’s valuable
- Personal stylists: Tie consultation calls to client hubs for easy access.
- Interior designers: Keep all design meetings tied to project hubs.
- Wedding & event planners: Store all vendor and planning discussions under the right event.
How it works
- From the Meetings page, click the Link to Hub icon.
- Choose an existing hub or create a new one.
- If the meeting has already occurred, the Note moves to the hub’s Notetaker folder automatically. If it's an upcoming meeting, the note will be created in that folder after the meeting.
