You can disconnect your email account from a hub at any time. Here’s what happens when you do.
How it works
Existing emails: Stay in the hub, fully searchable.
New emails: Stop syncing into Visualist.
Reconnect anytime: You can reconnect the same account or connect a different one to resume syncing from that point of reconnection (emails sent/received before you reconnect will not show).
Best practice
Keep your account connected for a continuous, complete record of communication.
If you disconnect temporarily, reconnect as soon as possible to avoid gaps in threads.
