Overview
When you connect your email account to Visualist, project emails you send from the hub will always appear here. But you might notice that some emails you started directly in Gmail (or another inbox) don’t show in Visualist.
How it works
- Emails sent from Visualist appear in both:
- The hub’s Message Center
- Your external inbox’s Sent folder (e.g. Gmail)
- Emails started directly in Gmail or another inbox will not appear in Visualist, even if the account is connected.
Workaround: Forward into Visualist
- Forward the thread to your hub’s unique hub email address (found in hub settings).
- Visualist will pull the thread into the Message Center.
- All future replies will sync automatically.
Best practice
- Always start project-related emails in Visualist to keep your hub’s record complete.
- Forward in existing threads if you need to capture them.
