Short answer
Yes, you can connect multiple email accounts to Visualist, but each hub can only be linked to one email account at a time.
How it works
- Per hub: One hub ↔ one email account.
- Across hubs: You can use different email accounts across different hubs (for example, connect work@studio.com in one hub and hello@studio.com in another).
- Reusing accounts: Once you’ve connected an email in one hub, Visualist saves that connection. When you set up a new hub, we’ll ask if you want to connect the same account or choose a different one.
Disconnecting an account
- If you disconnect an email from a hub:
- Existing emails remain in the hub.
- New emails will stop syncing.
- You can reconnect the same account (or a different one) anytime.
Best practice
- Use the email account most relevant to each client/project when setting up a hub.
- Keep the connection active for continuous syncing and complete message threads.
