About this feature
Connecting your Google Calendar allows Vai to automatically detect your upcoming meetings, join them on your behalf, and generate notes and summaries inside Visualist. This eliminates manual setup and ensures your client conversations are consistently captured.
What you can do
- Sync your Google Calendar with Visualist.
- Automatically detect and list meetings with valid video links.
- Enable or disable Notetaker for any meeting.
- Let Vai join meetings and transcribe the conversation.

How it works
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar.
- Click Connect Google Calendar and complete the authorization flow.
- Once connected, meetings with video links will appear on your Meetings page.
