After a client completes a Concierge session, Vai can help you move immediately into next steps — from drafting follow-up messages to outlining proposals or task lists. This transforms each Concierge exchange from a simple Q&A into a springboard for your next interaction.

What you can do

  • Generate a personalized follow-up email that feels like your own tone and voice.
  • Summarize feedback into actionable bullet points or a task list.
  • Draft a proposal or brief outline using client responses and preferences.
  • Suggest resource links or templates from your library to share with the client.

Why it matters

  • For personal stylists: send quick, thoughtful recaps after intake sessions or fittings.
  • For interior designers: turn discovery conversations into draft proposals or design directions.

How it works

  1. Go to Concierge → Responses.
  2. Open a completed session and review the summary.
  3. Click Ask Vai → Suggest next steps.
  4. Choose your output type (e.g., Follow-up email, Proposal outline, Task list).
  5. Review, edit, and send or save the generated draft.

Common questions

  • Can Vai generate next steps from incomplete sessions? Yes, Vai will summarize what’s available and highlight what’s missing—and suggest follow-ups based on that.
