When you delete something in Visualist, you can bring it back within your plan’s retention period. Restoring returns the item (and any children it contained) to its original location.
What you can do
- Restore hubs, folders, or files within the retention period
- Bring back full parent-child structures (hubs with folders, folders with sub-folders and files)
- Ensure project continuity if something was deleted by mistake
This means that you can...
- Personal stylists: Quickly recover a deleted look book folder if a client changes their mind.
- Interior designers: Bring back archived floor plans, drawings, or proposal files.
- Wedding & event planners: Reinstate an accidentally deleted event hub.
Common question
- What if the retention period ends? Items are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- What happens if the item was archived before deletion? It will remain archived when restored.
