Make every client conversation feel like you
Concierge uses Vai to adapt its tone, phrasing, and level of formality based on your brand voice and workflow stage. You don’t need to script it every time you create a new Concierge. Vai automatically draws from what it knows about you to sound aligned with your style.
What you can do
- Keep your profile page up-to-date (see the page: Brand & workflows)
- Define the purpose and stage when creating your Concierge. Vai uses these to set tone and depth.
- Add notes to guide phrasing (e.g., “keep it warm but professional”).
- Specify “must ask” and “must avoid” questions to shape context.
Why this matters
- For personal stylists: reflect your signature voice: supportive, aspirational, and conversational.
- For interior designers: balance professionalism with creative curiosity.
- For wedding & event planners: convey empathy and calm while guiding decisions.
What is the Concierge tone
- Vai’s Concierge tone is warm, articulate, and service-oriented — like a thoughtful assistant acting on your behalf—but at the same time being mindful to not be you.
- Vai avoids rigid “form” language and instead uses gentle probing (“Tell me more about what feels right for you.”).
- When launched from a hub, Vai layers in project details naturally for contextual dialogue.
Common questions
- Can I set a formal or casual tone? No need—Vai learns your tone from your Visualist profile and adapts per client.
- Can I preview the tone? Yes. Use Preview Concierge during setup to see sample phrasing.
- Does Vai remember client preferences? When linked to a hub, yes, tone and phrasing evolve as client data accumulates.
