  • Pulse Check (Check-in): gauge satisfaction and momentum mid-project.
  • Refine & Reflect (Feedback): collect constructive comments on deliverables.
  • Looking Back (Wrap-up): close out smoothly and gather testimonials.
  • Stay in Touch (Reconnect): keep relationships warm for future work.
