Overview

Not every email needs to stay in your inbox. Visualist lets you archive or delete messages while keeping your hub organized.

How it works

• Archive: Moves an email/thread out of the inbox. You can unarchive anytime from the Archived view.
• Trash: Moves an email/thread to Trash. You can restore until it’s permanently deleted.

Permanent deletion

• Emails in Trash are automatically deleted after:
  • 7 days for Free users
  • 30 days for Starter users
  • 6 months for Pro users
• Once deleted, they cannot be recovered.

Best practice

• Archive when you want to keep a record but don’t need it in your inbox.
• Use Trash for emails you no longer need.
