Yes—you can pause a hub at any time, and we’ll automatically refund you the unused portion of that month in credits.

Why this matters

Visualist’s billing is designed for flexibility. Whether you're an interior designer between projects, a stylist wrapping up a client engagement, or a wedding planner in a quiet season—you only pay for active hubs.

How it works

  • Archive a hub anytime from your dashboard (and unarchive when you need it back)
  • We calculate the pro-rata value of unused days
  • Refunds are always issued as credits, even if you originally paid with cash
  • Credits never expire, so you can reuse them whenever you're ready

What happens if I unpause?

Unarchiving a paused hub is treated like creating a new one—you’ll be charged again for the remainder of your current billing month (pro-rated portion of 10 credits or $12). This ensures transparent, project-based billing.

This gives you total control over your Visualist billing, with pricing flexibility tailored to how you actually work.
